The Office of the Attorney General conducts cases on behalf of the State and provides legal advice to central government bodies. The ministries may ask the Office for assistance directly. While requests from subordinate agencies must go through, and be based on an understanding with, the ministry. See also the guidelines for submitting cases to the Attorney General<\/a>, prepared by the Office of the Prime Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
